1) Training Time:- Monday and Wednesday : 5 onwards (meet at Kismis)- Saturday: 2pm – 6pm (meet at clubhouse)

2) Attendance is COMPULSORY for all trainings. If absent, MC or an excuse letter must be present.

3) If you are unable to come for training, do inform one of the committee member directly.

4) CCA points will be awarded if your attendance exceed 75%

5) To be in the 1st team in competitions, you will have to attend at least 80% of trainings. If you still want to play in the competition but you did not meet the criteria. You may still come, but you will be bench first. CCA points will still be awarded.(THERE ARE SOME STUFF MISSING)

6) Wear BLUE top for training.

7) Each newcomer should have a committed buddy, if you do not have a buddy please approach one of the committee member.

8) Personal glove is recommended for hygiene purposes.

9) Only Mondays you are allowed to leave your gloves in school.
